LITTLE RED ($75)
Little Red is an original design, one-of-a-kind buttonface doll. She is 12" tall. Her body is rosy table-cloth check cotton, self-lined with muslin for durability. Her faceplate is an appliqued round of denim blue flower print, as are her feet, with red rose buttons on each toe. Her cape is red cotton, fully lined in red and black forest print cotton and closed with narrow blue gingham ribbon. Her apron is white polycotton figured with multicolored flowers. Her face is goldtone polymer clay built onto a heavy 2" square red Dill button, and her eyes are black glass beads. Red is firmly stuffed with polyester fiberfill and is flat-bottomed so she can stand by herself. Red is on her way to Grandmother's house, and the woods are full of wolves. If you've always wanted to meet a woodsman and are up for an extreme adventure, Red may be the gal for you. If you'd just prefer dessert and coffee, she'll bring the berries.
