HONEY LOVES BEA ($75)
Honey Loves Bea is an original design, one-of-a-kind buttonface doll. She is 12" tall and approximately 5" wide. Her body is a golden/yellow batik print cotton, self-lined with muslin for durability. Her faceplate is an appliqued round of honeycomb print cotton, as are her feet. Her elegant coat is cheetah-print lace, fully lined in gold-and-gray print cotton, and closed with two small gold metal bee buttons. The coat hem is edged with trim hand knitted from fun fur yarn. Her feet have a gilded bee button on each toe. Her face is goldtone polymer clay built onto a heavy 2" square harvest gold Dill button, and her eyes are black glass beads. She holds her best friend, Bea, in her hands. Honey is firmly stuffed with polyester fiberfill and is flat-bottomed so she can stand by herself.
